Home2 Suites by Hilton Indianapolis South Greenwood

We’ve stayed at several Home2 Suites locations across the country, and while this particular stay wasn’t the cleanest we've experienced, it was still comfortable enough. The room was decent—clean enough to feel okay staying in, but it could’ve used a bit more attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness. However, what truly made this stay memorable was the exceptional staff. Latisha and the rest of the team were absolutely fantastic. Their friendly, helpful, and welcoming attitude really stood out and made us feel right at home. Their outstanding customer service is the main reason we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning. One downside we encountered was the parking situation, especially concerning the handicapped spots. It was disappointing to see those spaces occupied by vehicles without the proper handicapped placards or plates, making it difficult for those who genuinely needed them. Overall, while the room itself was just okay, the staff’s warmth and professionalism more than made up for it. If you’re looking for a place where the people truly care about your experience, this hotel definitely delivers on that front.

Te room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels and kitchen service. Huge TV but we couldn't watch the football game because it was on Netflix and that wasn't available. Breakfast was so so. Not bad, not great. Staff were foreigners and difficult to understand. Lots of dogs and barking. Beautiful pool and exercise room

Very friendly staff, both at check in and check out. Always love the extra space at the Home 2 Suites. This particular location at some of the best hotel coffee I've had in a long time. Will definitely stay there again if back in the area.

Great location, just off I-65. It is close to several restaurants and a large Kroger. The room was quite roomy and well-designed. The coffee was excellent, and the complimentary breakfast was decent.

Very clean hotel and very clean and quiet hotel rooms! Stayed for cheer competition and was impressed! Service was excellent and location was convenient to restaurants and a grocery store.

Very comfortable, very clean. Great body and hair care products. Sheets and pillows were soft, and comfortable. Walking distance to restaurants and groceries.

There is no need for annoying Airbnb anymore! The fulfillment of every need by Home2Suites is above and beyond any rental, such as: sanitary with a full size refrigerator, salt water pool that opens early and closes late, generous breakfast daily with variety, conveniently located, family oriented, always safe and secure, and the best pillows ever. The staff is outstanding, efficient, kind and welcoming with bottled water always available on the counter. The rooms are large and efficiently equipped including a dining table and meals can be easily prepared in the kitchen area. There are grills and multiple patio options with comfortable seating outside, front and rear. Fuel, grocery, pharmacy, WalMart and more are all within one block. What a fabulous full service place to stay, thanks Hilton!

4 stars only because some of the outlets in the room did not work. I usually charge my phone by the side I chose to sleep on. The outlets did not work and I had to charge my phone on the other side of the room. I wish I could have figured out my lamp on my side too. Could have been a me problem with the lamp. Overall it was a nice stay! The room was so dark and quiet for us to sleep after staying up late after seeing a comedy show. The room and bathroom was super clean. The staff was friendly. The location was perfect and close to the restaurant we went to. We just walked instead of driving. The outlets are not a deal breaker for me. I would stay here again.
